ABOUT AYPN
AYPN has a membership of nearly 500 members with careers that span virtually every industry including: banking, real estate, non-profit, insurance, education, law, medicine and many others. Click here for a list of member employers. AYPN exists for the sole purpose of keeping young, talented professionals in Arkansas as the future executives of the state.
We recognize that there is a void in central Arkansas for young professionals. AYPN works to fill that void by providing opportunities for its members to communicate, collaborate, and recreate with co-workers, colleagues, and friends. A 2004 study focused on the economic growth of the Little Rock metro stated that, "Recruiting and retaining people between the ages of 25-45 is an important part of the competitiveness of a region. These are the workers that fuel knowledge-based companies. Quality of life serves an important role in recruiting and retaining these young professionals." Click here to access the full report.
