AYPN Earthquake Response – Mandalay

After the March 28 earthquake devastation in Myanmar, AYPN and S2S partnership org supported affected families in Pyinmana Township . We distributed hygiene and dignity kits — including soap, toothbrushes, sanitary pads, and underwear — prioritizing women, older people, and persons with disabilities.

Despite challenges like damaged roads and limited resources, direct home delivery ensured families received urgent support quickly and fairly. This assistance has already helped communities stay healthy and begin recovery.
